Order Cancellation Policy

At CarSunshadz™, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@carsunshadz.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

🕒 Cancellation Terms:

• Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

• After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we will not be able to stop it.

• If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return under our 30-day return policy.

To request a cancellation, email us with:

• Your order number

• The reason for cancellation (optional)

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
